Building on the triumph of The Haunted Hamburger, the Jurisin family, including their children, Eric Jr. and Nicole, embarked on a mission to breathe fresh life into the Verde Valley over the past three decades. Their portfolio now includes an innovative array of eateries and chic hotels, all contributing to the area’s vibrant allure.

Now, the Haunted Group will return to its roots, focusing on expansion and innovation in the town that started it all, Jerome, and continuing expansion of the popular Tavern Hotel in Cottonwood. A new generation of managing partners have joined the Jurisin family in carefully maintaining the authenticity and quality of Nic’s Italian Steak & Crab House, Pizzeria Bocce, STRADA @ Bocce, Crema Craft Kitchen & Bar and The Tavern Grille in Old Town Cottonwood, to allow the Jurisin family to focus on new ventures.

Nicole Jurisin oversees operations at The Tavern Hotel, infusing modern flair into its historic setting. Executive Chef Eric Jurisin Jr. is charged with driving tastebuds wild at The Clinkscale Hotel, Bar + Grill, the Haunted Hamburger, and the Haunted Pizano in Jerome.
